As the Producer, your role is to oversee, develop, and manage the production of AdAsia’s content productions; from story development to final delivery. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, freelancers, and external partners to ensure creative excellence, smooth operations, and budgetary control throughout the production cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- - Lead and manage the end-to-end production of AdAsia’s animation projects, including preproduction, production, and post-production stages.
- - Develop and write story outlines, episode treatments, and draft scripts that align with the project’s tone and target audience
- - Plan, coordinate, and monitor the workflow of editors, animators, designers, and talents: including freelancers and outsourced vendors.
- - Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure productions are completed on time and within budget.
- - Collaborate with creative leads and directors to maintain visual and storytelling quality across all episodes.
- - Manage communications with external production houses, licensors, partners, and clients where applicable.
- - Prepare production documentation such as timelines, call sheets, and progress reports.
- - Research and identify new animation trends, tools, and production workflows that can elevate AdAsia’s creative output.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
- - 0 to 3 years’ experience in animation, film production, or related creative fields.
- - Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Animation, Creative Media, Film, or related disciplines.
- - Basic scriptwriting, storyboarding, or content development experience.
- - Proficiency in production management tools and familiarity with animation workflows (2D/3D).
- - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and vendors.
- - Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt in a creative environment.
